Allison Daniel is an attorney with the Institute for Justice’s Florida office. She joined the Institute in August 2015 and focuses her practice on economic liberty and property rights.
She received her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 2015. Allison received her undergraduate degrees from the University of Central Florida in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Science in legal studies, and a minor in environmental studies. Allison is originally from Oviedo, Fla., and enjoys golf, cooking, and kayaking.
