Rentmeester v. Nike, Inc.

Allegation: Nike’s “Jumpman” logo of Michael Jordan (seen on Air Jordans and other merchandise since 1987) is based off a photo of Jordan (commissioned by Nike) that copied plaintiff’s own photo of Jordan.
