Angeles Evans serves as the Institute for Justice’s Baltimore Project Coordinator. Angeles helps fight to improve the civil liberties of Baltimoreans through supporting outreach, community organizing, activism, coalition building, litigation, strategic research, and communications efforts.

Before joining the IJ Team, she was a Community Educator at TurnAround, Inc., a domestic violence and sexual assault agency located in Baltimore City. She is now a proud, ten year resident of Baltimore after graduating from Morgan State University.
