Chad Reese is the Activism Policy Manager at the Institute for Justice where he works to empower entrepreneurs, activists, and everyday people by equipping them with the policy information and communication tools they need to make their voices heard. Through research, testimony, and interactions with the media, Chad works to ensure that policymakers understand opportunities for real reforms that eliminate unnecessary burdens and secure essential rights like free expression and the right to earn an honest living.
Before joining IJ, Chad spent roughly a decade working in the economic policy world, helping communicate regulatory policy research to policymakers and the media. His work included policy and op-ed writing, public speaking, coalition building, and podcast hosting.
