Caitlyn Healy serves as the primary writer for IJ’s development team, ensuring that supporters are kept closely apprised of IJ’s efforts and the impact of their investment in the Institute’s fight for liberty. Prior to assuming this role, Caitlyn oversaw the growth and development of IJ’s Partners Club, whose members contribute $1,000 or more to IJ each year. Caitlyn graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science and History from UCLA. She managed external relations for the Cato Institute and the American Legislative Exchange Council and directed Investor Relations at FreedomWorks before joining IJ in 2014. Caitlyn lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband Gene and their two daughters.
