As an Activism Assistant, Kate works with activists and community partners to defend the right to earn an honest living and realize a fair and accessible civil justice system. She graduated from Brown University in 2024 with a degree in American History, and she joined IJ shortly afterwards as an Activism Fellow. She is originally from Brooklyn, New York, and previously worked as a guide on historical walking tours in Providence and New York.
