Keith Diggs is an attorney with the Institute for Justice’s Arizona office. He joined the Institute in March 2015 and litigates all four pillars.
Prior to joining the Institute for Justice as a full-time attorney, Keith was a constitutional law fellow at IJ’s headquarters office. He received his law degree cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2014, where he was an Executive Editor for the Michigan Law Review. Keith graduated from Emory University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, minoring in music. Keith is originally from Vienna, Va., and enjoys yoga, musical instruments, and motorcycles.
