Lin serves as Grant Writer at the Institute for Justice. In this role, she creates grant proposals, reports, and other written materials for foundation donors that communicate IJ’s mission and impact.
Most recently, Lin held a general development role at Muslim Advocates, with a focus on increasing donor satisfaction by making sure donors felt appreciated and engaged. Prior to that, she worked in combined operations and development roles at the Campaign for Youth Justice, where she helped secure new foundation support for their state projects. She also taught emergency preparedness with the American Red Cross in Baltimore.
She graduated from Colgate University with a major in English and a minor in Studio Art. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
