Rebekah Bydlak is the Activism Manager at the Institute for Justice, where she works to empower people to assert their rights to live and provide for their families free of oppressive government.
A longtime political activist and organizer, Rebekah comes to the freedom movement naturally, as a lifelong homeschooler seeing firsthand the impact of onerous government regulations from an early age. She earned her master’s degree in political science and public administration from the University of West Florida in 2013 and immediately began work in free-market advocacy. She joins IJ from the Institute for Spending Reform, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that tracks government spending. She is a Florida native and has served in a variety of leadership and board roles both in Florida and the greater DC area. She and her husband live in Northern Virginia.
