Candidates should have 0-2 years of litigation experience, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to litigate cases that secure immediate, real-world impact for our clients and vindicate vital constitutional principles in the areas of economic liberty, free speech, private property rights and school choice.  The ideal candidate will possess a passion for freedom and a readiness to commit to a team-based approach to litigation.  Spanish language proficiency is desired, but not a requirement.
