Lillie Popal joined IJ’s Recruitment team in July of 2024. As our Recruiter, she leads hiring efforts across the organization. She manages all staff recruiting processes from identifying and attracting top talent committed to IJ’s mission to running searches, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
Lillie works closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and maintain compliance in job postings and other key areas of recruiting.
She graduated VCU with her BS in Psychology.
