Shannon Billups

Grants Coordinator

Shannon works as the Grants Coordinator for IJ. In this role, she works with the Director of Grants to maintain and grow IJ’s foundation fundraising through deliberate, authentic, and timely solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship. In addition, she provides administrative, logistical, and writing support to the Grants Team and Development writers. Prior to working at IJ, Shannon graduated with a B.A. in Sociology and Africana Studies from Williams College in 2024.
