Every attorney at the Institute for Justice took a unique path to get here — some straight out of law school, others from clerkships, law firms, or public policy. We all have our own unique stories, motivated by a common goal—to protect individual rights and fight against government overreach. In this series, we’re asking our attorneys to share their own “pathway” to IJ and some of the amazing experiences a career at IJ can offer both new and seasoned litigators alike.
