Eric Andre v. Clayton County

In a case involving warrantless seizures of air travelers on jetways at the Atlanta airport, IJ asked that the district court ruling be overturned because it failed to apply an appropriate Fourth Amendment analysis that accounts for the totality of the circumstances, including law enforcement’s weighty financial incentives in seizures of cash for civil forfeiture and all aspects of a post 9/11 airport security environment.
