Judicial Engagement State Forum on the Minnesota Constitution

On February 20, 2020, the Center for Judicial Engagement hosted the first Judicial Engagement State Forum. This event brought together professors and practitioners to discuss what judicial engagement means in relation to the Minnesota Constitution.

Justice Barry Anderson of the Minnesota Supreme Court gave the keynote address. Other participants included Mary Jane Morrison, Emerita Professor of Law at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Judge Jack S. Nordby (ret.), Mahesha Subbaraman, Subbaraman PLLC, Harry Niska, Howse & Thompson, Scott Flaherty, Taft Law, and Nathan R. Sellers, Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson.
