Rational Basis Conference
In February 2016 the Center for Judicial Engagement joined with the Georgetown Center for the Constitution to host a day-long symposium dedicated to the question, “Is the Rational Basis Test Unconstitutional?” Scholars and practitioners were invited to present papers and engage in discussions about their work.
