Cecilia Hernandez

Cecilia Hernandez, a mother of four, sees that her children’s educational needs are not being met in public school.  In particular, she fears that her oldest daughter, Magdalena, is losing interest in school and needs an environment that will challenge her to graduate and succeed in life.
