Richard Beyer

Richard and his business partner poured thousands of hours of sweat equity into renovating the two homes and the lots they purchased.  Dumpsters full of trash were removed.  They hand-laid 15,000 bricks between the homes to form a parking area.  Granite and other stone was hand cut to create countertops and other touches.
