North Carolina Food Trucks Oral Argument

The North Carolina Court of Appeals heard oral arguments to strike down burdensome zoning rules that essentially eliminated food truck operations in Jacksonville, North Carolina. IJ Attorney Bob Belden argued on behalf of a group of food truck owners who have seen their livelihoods shut down due to the actions of the city.
