Claire joined IJ in January 2026 as the Office and Facilities Manager. In this role, she helps oversee office operations and facilities management, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and well-supported workplace environment. Prior to joining IJ, Claire spent approximately seven years in property management, gaining extensive experience in managing commercial properties and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
Claire graduated from Radford University with a B.S. degree in Public Relations and brings a strong background in organization, communication, and administrative support to the team.
