Legislative Policy Associate

JoJo Tompkins is the Policy Associate at the Institute for Justice. She develops legislative strategy, tracks bills, and builds support among lawmakers to advance reform in property rights, economic liberty, and Fourth Amendment protections. Her work translates policy priorities into meaningful, lasting change.

JoJo first joined IJ in 2020. She holds an MSc in Public Policy and International Migration from the London School of Economics and a BA from Appalachian State University.
