Kate is the Lead Producer for the Institute for Justice. She produces and films short documentaries, social media series, and captures client portraits. Her photos have been published in The Washington Post and The New York Times, and her short documentary, “Surviving Winter” about IJ’s client, The Flathead Warming Center, recently won an award for nonprofit storytelling.
Kate was born and raised in Indianapolis and attended DePauw University. In May 2023, she earned a master’s degree in New Media Photojournalism from George Washington University.
