Kate Woods


Kate is a Producer for the Institute for Justice. She works with clients to tell their stories through creative visuals.

Her photos have been published in The Washington Post and exhibited at the Corcoran Gallery in downtown Washington, D.C. She is a committee chair for Women Photojournalists of Washington (WPOW) and member of the D.C. Preservation League’s landmarks committee.

Kate was born and raised in Indianapolis and attended DePauw University. In May 2023, she earned a master’s degree in New Media Photojournalism from George Washington University.
