Megan Condon

Activism Assistant

Megan Condon is an Activism Assistant at the Institute for Justice, where she supports efforts to equip communities with the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to effectively advocate for their rights and drive real policy change at the local and state levels.

Before joining IJ, Megan worked with the Government Accountability Office, the Maryland State Department of Education, and several state and local child advocacy organizations, where she developed a strong foundation in public policy and grassroots engagement. She earned both her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, completing her graduate studies in December 2024.

Originally from Rockland County, New York, Megan brings a deep commitment to justice and a passion for empowering individuals to raise their voices and push for change. Outside of work, you can find her spending time outdoors with friends and cheering on all her favorite New York sports teams!
