Mirela “Mia” Brown serves as IJ’s Director of Salesforce Operations. She provides operational support to all IJ Teams by improving internal processes and procedures. She joined IJ after a few years as a Business Development Manager and Salesforce Administrator in the niche industry of anti-bribery compliance.
Mia moved to the US in 2005 after graduating the National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski” in Sofia, Bulgaria with major in Sports Studies and minor in Sports Journalism.
