O.B. Gesese serves as the Intake Attorney for the Institute for Justice’s Project on Immunity and Accountability and Project on the Fourth Amendment. Prior to joining IJ, O.B. worked as a public defender in Arizona and Pennsylvania, handling a variety of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases for indigent clients. O.B. earned his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Dickinson College and his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law.
