Rebecca works as a Development Research Assistant on the Development Team at IJ. In this role, she offers direct support to the development team, conducting research on current and potential donors. She also assists in various foundation prospective efforts.
Rebecca graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2023 with a B.A in Global Studies and minored in Writing and Peace & Justice Studies. Prior to joining IJ, Rebecca worked as a Fund Development Coordinator at another nonprofit organization. She has also lived and worked in Thailand, where she taught English at a primary school in a rural community.
