Tino works as the Planned Giving Coordinator on IJ’s Development team. In this role he helps to grow and maintain IJ’s planned giving program, The Four Pillar’s Society, by educating IJ’s donor base about 4PS, cultivating current 4PS members, and maintaining clean and current program data.
Prior to joining IJ in 2026, Tino graduated from the University of Mary Washington in 2016 with a B.A in History and American Studies. After graduating he interned at the Human Right’s Campaign, before moving on to work on TechnoServe’s private fundraising team.
