Will Lucardi

Litigation Management Coordinator

As IJ’s Litigation Management Coordinator, Will works with Senior Vice President and Litigation Director, Dana Berliner, and Deputy Director of Litigation, Bob McNamara, to ensure the ongoing success and superior quality of IJ’s litigation. This involves monitoring over 100 active cases at various stages of litigation while also tracking and prompting the key steps necessary to advance IJ’s long-term litigation goals. Additionally, Will works with IJ’s Legislative and Activism departments building coalitions with state governments across the country to advance our legislative priorities and initiatives.

Outside of IJ, Will is an accomplished professional organist and, at age 16, was described by the Republican Newspaper as a “promising young musician.” An active member of both the Washington, D.C., and Springfield, Massachusetts chapters of the America Guild of Organists, Will has performed in a wide variety of venues. Most recently, Will served as the organist for the Papal Nuncio, or the Pope’s Diplomatic Representative to the United States at a Mass celebrated in Washington D.C. In addition to the organ, Will is a skilled vocalist and has performed with the Washington Opera Society and various other professional ensembles throughout the Washington D.C. area.

Will is also a Private Pilot and enjoys flying general aviation aircraft up and down the East Coast.

Before starting at IJ, Will worked as the Director of Music at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church. Prior to that, Will interned at the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium, studying the impact of COVID-19 on the European agriculture sector and the global economy.

Will graduated cum laude from The Catholic University of America with degrees in World Politics and Music.
