IJ at the Supreme Court: Jouppi v. Alaska
On December 1, IJ will take a major step in a decade-long fight in the making. That morning, IJ attorneys will stand before the U.S. Supreme Court for the third time this term in Jouppi v. Alaska.
Arguing before the nation’s highest court is a rare and extraordinary moment.
