IJ submitted this brief to aid the Nevada Surpeme Court in answering certified questions from a federal district court asking whether there is a private right of action for violations of the Nevada Constitution and the remedies available when a right has been violated. IJ’s brief explains that a private right of action exisits and that both money damages and equitable relief are available to hold the government accountable.
