Colin Wolfson was born and raised in San Jose. Virtually every day, he passes the city’s ALPRs on his commute to work, grocery store trips, and meet-ups with friends, among other things.
In April 2026, Colin and two other San Jose residents teamed up with IJ to file a federal, class action lawsuit challenging San Jose’s ALPR system.
