Hannah Lovaglio is the mother of young children in Cranbury, New Jersey.
In November 2023, she teamed up with the Institute for Justice to file a federal class action lawsuit challenging the state’s policy of drawing blood from all newborns without consent, and holding onto the blood for 23 years.
