Stefanie Ortega, a single mother, already sees her daughters becoming bored with learning in their current school and hoped to move them to a nearby private school that will provide the structured learning environment she believes they need to succeed.  She applied for scholarships, but when she applied, there was not enough money for additional scholarships and she was placed on a waiting list.
