Parents for School Choice, Inc., and Edwin Meese III, Ronald Reagan Distinguished Fellow in Public Policy at the Heritage Foundation, at the Heritage Resource Bank dinner where Chip introduced Virginia as she received the Salvatori Prize for American Citizenship.
