Brooke Harding

Assistant Director of Activism

Brooke Harding is the Assistant Director of Activism at the Institute for Justice.

Before joining IJ in 2026, she spent over a decade as a public servant with the federal government, supporting international democracy and peace programs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, North Macedonia, and Ukraine. She partnered with grassroots organizations, local and national governments, and international donors to bring people together across sectors, backgrounds, and beliefs to drive meaningful, lasting change.

A Minnesota native, Brooke holds a B.A. in Cartography and Geographic Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, as well as a certificate in Eastern European and Central Asian Studies.
