Dylan serves as an Activism Associate at the Institute for Justice where his research and organizing efforts are dedicated to empowering the plans and purposes of ordinary Americans. He graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 2014, earned his PhD in Economics at George Mason University in 2019, and subsequently taught economics at the D.C. Jail through the Georgetown University Prison Scholars Program. In addition to his academic career, Dylan worked at award-winning bars and restaurants in Washington, D.C. before coming to IJ. He currently resides in D.C.’s historic Trinidad neighborhood.
