Evan Lisull is an attorney at the Institute for Justice. As IJ’s proofreader and cite checker, he ensures that IJ’s litigation materials and other documents adhere to the highest standards of quality.
Before joining IJ in 2020, Evan worked at a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C. Evan graduated from the George Mason University School of Law in 2013 and magna cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2010.
Evan is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia bars.
