Noah Bazis has spent the last decade serving poor and working people in Chicago, driven by his belief that self-actualization is a fundamental human right. He has worked with organizations, from Greenpeace to Groupon, in environmental justice, workforce development, corporate social responsibility, and financial capability. Noah proudly served two years with AmeriCorps, working to strengthen communities on Chicago’s South Side in Bronzeville and South Shore. Noah comes to IJ from Ladder Up, a no-cost volunteer tax preparation service for working families, where he managed the nation’s sixth-largest volunteer workforce of its kind. Noah holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration at Northwestern University.
