Prashanta Augustine is a Bingham Fellow at the Institute for Justice.
Prashanta received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 2023, where he was a Notes & Comments Editor for the Yale Law Journal and a teaching assistant for constitutional law. He received his B.A. magna cum laude in Financial Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
After his fellowship year, Prashanta will clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He comes to IJ from a clerkship with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He previously worked for a law firm in New York.
