Kim Norberg

Director of External Relations

As the Institute’s Director of External Relations, Kim oversees channels that communicate IJ’s clear and consistent mission to current supporters as well as new audiences. She connects IJ donors and the broader public to a vision of a future where Americans’ most precious freedoms receive robust constitutional and judicial protection.

Kim serves as editor of both IJ’s flagship magazine, Liberty & Law, and Pillars of Justice (a periodical designed exclusively for members of IJ’s Four Pillars Society). Alongside attorney Keith Neely, she is also co-host of IJ’s YouTube Podcast, Beyond the Brief.

Prior to joining IJ in 2018, Kim worked at the Charles Koch Institute and Foundation, and previously directed multiple ballet schools in Minnesota. She holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and performing arts from Colorado State University.
