Nathalie is a Lead Designer for the Institute for Justice, where she leads the design and execution of print and web materials across IJ’s initiatives, ensuring every piece reflects a consistent and compelling brand identity.
As Lead Designer, Nathalie leads and mentors junior team members while piloting more efficient design processes that strengthen the team’s workflow. Her role also extends to collaborating with other IJers on the visual look for IJ’s website content and internal photography.
Nathalie is driven by the belief that the visual language of design and technology has the power to shape perception and drive meaningful impact.
