The South Side of Chicago is full of entrepreneurs who deserve recognition for building businesses in the community.  Those businesses provide a living for the entrepreneurs themselves and change the lives of neighbors, employees, and customers. For the past 10 years, the IJ Clinic on Entrepreneurship has held South Side Pitch, a shark-tank style pitch competition, to put a spotlight on some of these incredible business owners. On October 17, 2024 finalists will once again pitch their businesses to a city-wide audience and a panel of judges for the chance to win cash prizes. The winners of South Side Pitch will be determined based on the judge evaluations and the audience votes.
