*By attending an IJ Clinic event, you understand you may be photographed, filmed or videotaped, and you authorize the IJ Clinic to take pictures and/or make recordings of you and grant it the perpetual right to use your name, image, likeness, voice and photograph without compensation for broadcast, publication or use in any medium such as a website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
